RETURNS POLICY

Engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • To process your return you will require your order number and email address. Select “Start Returns/Exchange” and follow the instructions on the ReBound portal.
  • Orders must be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days.
  • Special Orders placed online have a 10 day cancellation policy. Special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable after this policy.
  • International returns require 28 days to reach us. Refunds will be processed once all goods have been received in an unused condition.

Free returns are available for the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, HK, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, USA, and the UK.

If you’re returning from outside of these locations, you will be solely responsible for the insurance and return postage of your return to us.

  • We strongly recommend that you send your order back to us via a trackable service.
  • Annoushka cannot be held responsible for return insurance on designs over £10k and does not accept responsibility for pieces lost in transit.

Receiving a Refund

  • Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s method of payment.
  • On receipt of a return to the Annoushka head office, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays.
  • Please retain your delivery note until you have received your refund.
