What you will do
We are looking for a highly skilled digital first Copywriter to develop and create compelling, audience-centric content that drives engagement and conversions across various digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of online customer behaviour, SEO practices, and a flair for storytelling that aligns with brand objectives. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand voice and driving our marketing efforts.
What you will bring
Brand Voice and Alignment:
- Develop and ensure consistency in tone and style across all content and copy, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop content that supports the brand strategy.
Content Creation:
- Write clear, persuasive, compelling, and SEO-optimized content for our website, blog, landing pages, POS, printed materials and other digital formats.
- Develop headlines, taglines and CTA’s that captivate and convert audiences.
- Develop effective captions, copy and headlines for organic and paid Social.
- Develop persuasive copy for brochures, flyers, posters, and other print materials.
- Create product copy and descriptions for offline and online materials including website and POS.
- Adapt tone, style and messaging to fit the specific needs of each platform and target audience.
SEO Optimization:
- Incorporate SEO best practices into all content to enhance visibility and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content creation.
- Write meta descriptions, alt text, and other SEO elements to improve search engine ranking.
Campaign Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and support marketing campaigns.
- Craft copy for online and offline campaign materials, including email, advertorials, social and advertising.
Proofreading and Editing:
- Review and edit content for accuracy, grammar, and style, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyse content performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahregs, Moz, Similarweb etc and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Industry Trends:
- Stay updated with relevant industry trends and competitor products to continuously refine and improve copywriting strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with designers, developers, and product teams to ensure cohesive and effective digital content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to develop innovative content ideas.
Education: Preferably bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or a similar role, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
Essential Skills:

- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to content creation.
- Experience of optimising content for search engines and ranking factors.

- Ability to write for various audiences and adapt to different brand voices.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of the fine jewellery sector and appropriate terminology is desirable.
- Experience in writing for the high-end/luxury industry, with an understanding of luxury brand aesthetics and consumer expectations.
- Experience with tools such as:
- Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Email marketing platforms like Ometria or Klaviyo
- Graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Project management tools like Asana
